Porter's Chapel Academy is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the bondholders. The bondholders meet at least once per year to elect board members and other times as needed to consider changes in the PCA By-Laws. Any family who has a student enrolled at PCA may purchase a bond. The bond will be in the name of one of the parents who may vote at the bondholder meetings.

Bonds may be purchased by paying $250 and making application in the school office. All bond applications are considered by the Board of Directors and must be approved.
